The following errors occurred:

quicktime_read_frame/quicktime_decode_video failed, result:
After this msg and > OK the program continues and will play the video (you can
hear it play and the tracker advances) however you will perodicly get this same
error message and all the time the viewer is completely blank. The video will
successfully render, however, the output is distorted and looks almost like it
was compressed in 8 bit color with a broken/shifted pallet. Very strange.
