On my computer I have installed:

ii faad 2.0.0+cvs20040908+mp4v2+bmp-0ubuntu3
freeware Advanced Audio Decoder - player
ii libfaad2-0 2.5-0.1
freeware Advanced Audio Decoder - runtime files
ii libfaad2-dev 2.5-0.1
freeware Advanced Audio Decoder - development files

The funny thing is that I have just translated to Italian the manual
page about installing on Debian. It says something about errors with
libfaad2 ... but I can't make a good use of it.
Maybe I should ./configure my brain first...

Ciao
Raffaella
