I had both these but in any event I re-installed then from Ubuntu apt
repositories. I got version 1.24 of libfaac and 2.0.0 libfaad from apt
ubuntu repository and this overcame that make error but there still seems
to be another libfaac problem. I tried installing faad 2-2.5 and faac-1.25
from source tarballs but for some reason I cannot run ./bootstrap. Do I
need these latest libs and if so how do I compile with ./bootstrap?
I worked out sh bootstrap but the compile issues with these source files is
hellish. Autoconf and automake are all over the place I hope that I do not
need these versions :-(
i don't think so :) i'm using libfaac 1.24 on amd64 sid :)
post here new error
;)
