Mmmm... OK. We can keep a link on the main index for some time. However,
we can't create a new chapter for that information. We have to put it in
an existing chapter. I suggest puting it in the "Tips" chapter (#20). Is
that ok?

OK. So, you'd like a page on the wiki where people could explain their
workflow? Well, we can do that. However, that won't be a chapter in the
manual. I suggest that:
- we put your workflow in the "Tips" chapter, with a link on the index
  page, as said before
- we create a new page for workflow sharings. However, some contents of
  that page could go in the manual (as your HDV workflow). In such a
  case, we add a link to the workflow, instead of puting (in double) the
  workflow again.
