Everytime an audio file is loaded it continues 'rolling' even after the asset
length. This is annoying behavior and should be fixed ASAP otherwise a main
feature in Cinelerra is broken. Because it not possible anymore to stop an
audio track from playing.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load an mp3 file in Cinelerra
2. Hit play
3. Hit stop
Actual Results:
The track continues 'silently'. But the main window can't be used anymore.
Expected Results:
Stoped state.
