ffmpeg works fine, something like ffmpeg -i xyz.mp3 -i xyz.m2v -format
pal-dvd xyz.dvd

But the result is very low quality, very pixillated. I will try again using
another format when I get the time.

something like:

mplex -f 8 -o new.vob old.m2v old.ac3
