I´m working with inkscape. Please use this, file to create more themes
PEASE, cinelerra needs more options :)
you know what other thing would be great? the transitions and some FX icons,
can´t explain in one TINY image what it does, but an animated icon (come on,
is not so complicated :) I don´t know, GiF animated files ... or something).
any help I cant give, please ask.

One possible cause of this is not enough umph. Go to the settings menu,
chose preferences and look under the playback tab. Is the Play Every
Frame ticked under the Video Out section.
I had the same problem, and unticking that solved it.
I am running with a Core 2 Duo and thought I would have enough umph.
But didn't (it should tell you what rate you are achieving against the
projects requirement).

Hi, I'm interested to help you create a new themes... and perhaps
for your first submission you could try to create some "normalised"
effects icons... humm, the default one are not so "profesional" ;^)
I'm a profesionnal Java developper (...ah, if only Cinelerra was writen
in that Language... humm, just kiding ;^) ) but I started with C/C++ a
long time ago (I remember with "nostalgie" when I coded some effects for
the beloved "Movieshop" NLE System on Amiga computers...).
I think I could manage to integrate your design.
If someone could explain me quickly how to do it. I read someting
about a bin2cinelerra application to transfom .png to .c headers...
But I didn't found this tool on the site ?
Bye
Stephan

I don't recall if the script went in to cvs/svn or not. See:
http://e.kevb.net/lurker/search/[EMAIL
PROTECTED]:cinelerra,bin2cinelerra.en.html
The first message has a link, but the server is down at the moment. I
don't know if that is temporary or long term.

Thanks Kevin.
Nevermind if the link is down, I found what I needed, the explaination
how to produce it:

Now, I can write my own converter in Java ;^)
...And let the community access it with JWS (Java Web Start)...
Bye

Subject: [CinCVS] Resources window is empty
Reply-To: [email protected]
Trying to get started with cinelerra. I moved the divider in the
resource box to the side (too far?) and all the contents of the
resource window disappeared. Can't get it back. It's completely
empty.
I removed and reinstalled cinelerra then purged and reinstalled it,
but no luck. Can't find any configure file that might help.

The configure files are tricky to find as they have the legacy name:
~/.bcast
(From the Broadcast 2000 era).
Without looking at your specific problem I can tell you: if you delete
that folder cinlerra will recreat with default settings.
good luck
