If a video clip is larger than the size of the camera, meaning some of the clip
is being cropped, the translate effect preserves this cropping. If I have a
white image that gets translated right, the previously offscreen parts should
show up on the left. Instead, Cinelerra crops it and just shows the default
black background where the image used to be.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Import large white import as a resource.
2.Add resource to video track.
3.Apply translate effect.
Actual Results:
Translate effect doesn't translate off-screen video.
Expected Results:
Translate effect should translate off-screen video.
