I'm ready to go and A OK for video productions. I just had to keep looking for answers and I found them.

What did it turn out to be? Were you loading the file you exported with
the effects on, or something?

At the moment, I'm rendering for the web, so I'm using twos complement for compression, 16 bit linear. The video was the real problem. I had compression set on component video. Now, it's set to MPEG4, the video is fine. Component video looks just like holographic mixed with burning TV effects, so that was confusing. I have no idea what component video is used for since I'm not a video engineer, but my best guess it's for rendering an uncompressed RGB format.

It would be nice if I had a school in the US for learning this stuff.
