seems like the clocks in your cameras run at slightly different speeds.
this should however not amount to more than a few frames' length
during a take of, say, half an hour or so.

if so, you can insert some single silent black frames every now and then
into that track which runs faster, to resync with the other one.
this goes unnoticed in the composition whenever the other track is visible.

do you have a separate audio recording in addition to the cameras?
if yes, use the camera audio only for sync, then mute before rendering.
(you can zoom into the timeline to look for simultaneous sounds.)

if not, it is best to mute that audio track which needs silent frames
so only the one without breaks will be heard in the composition
(except if it is considerably worse in acoustic quality.)

one  frame is 40 milliseconds in pal recordings, a break of that duration
would probably already produce a slight little disturbance to human hearing.
so if that track must be used, break it where the talk makes a pause.
