I can play a video on the viewer and compositor window after starting
Cinelerra. Upon pausing or stopping the video playback I have to restart
Cinelerra in order to play a video in either window.
Have tried this on OpenSuse 10.2 with and without OpenGL enabled and Kubuntu

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a project in cinelerra
2. play a clip in the viewer window
3. stop clip playback
4. attempt to continue clip or open a new clip. playback won't work anymore in
both the viewer window or the compositor window
