Do you want other 10 languages to english or fully translate it in other languages? If you want to do so, it would be good to have the english text in any subtitle format to perform translation. I guess my project can match yours, i would like to propose opportunity to Open Content creators to be able to work as professionals in this domain. Actually only free software is mature enough to achieve it but quite complicate and uncertain for small businesses or individuals. And other type of creations like audiovisual is IMHO still a bit imature except some case. So the platform i am working on will try to propose some solutions, i will start to build it in about 2/3 weeks and it may take some months to be usable.
