The build script can be found at [2] Those patches are probably not perfect, but they've been tested and working on arches in KEYWORDS in [2]. I'm all for having a new, easier buildable libmpeg3 (and if you want we can share our work to improve it) but that'll probably mean forking it or working closely with hv (though I dunno if they abandoned libmpeg3 or not). Most important problem is probably a little api change between 1.5 and 1.7, but this seems fixed in all packages using libmpeg3 (afaik). Regards, Alexis.
