cinelerra crashes when I try to play one resource video placed in 'media'
folder in viewer window and change playback speed or direction
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. create new project
2. load (create new resource only) non-interlaced MPEG4 avi movie with 29.97
fps and stereho 44.1kHz audio
3. place this video in viewer window
4. press play (3) and then after few seconds press fast forward (enter), and
then fast reverse playback (+)
Actual Results:
cinelerra has crashed
Expected Results:
no crash, playing video fast backwards
