Can anyone tell me how to find which frames are the keyframes? I
suppose it is wise when first creating keyframes to label them? I did
some editing with stills and now I want to change some of the camera
and projector movements but I'm finding it hard to find the
keyframes. In this case I can simply start again, but I welcome hints!

Check the boxes on what automations you want to access on the timeline.
Plugin Autos refers to keyframing of plug in effects. The rest should
be obvious
