Fix The scripts cinelerra.postinst now detect ubuntu (now all *buntu) and add iso-8859-15 on
running language and add a simple scripth (/usr/bin/Cinelerra) that change (on the fly) utf-8 with iso-8859-15 language settings, also modify cinelerra.desktop.The scripts cinelerra.prerm detect ubuntu (now all *buntu) and remove previously
