You mean something like that the arrow transform itself to an arrow
(pointing to the right if you are dragging the end of the clip, etc)
when it hovers over a drag-able area?

With arrow I don't mean the pointer, but like... the dubble-arrow that
could be seen in various gtk-apps when you resize columns and
separators.
