Summary: configure says libuuid is missing, which is present.
Instead, missing e2fs is not indicated

when calling configure, it says, that libuuid is missing, which in fact is
already installed. What really was missed, is e2fs (which one cannot guess from
configure's messages).
additionally, configure fails to indicate missing nasm, libxv and xxf86vm,
which will result in make failing.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. install uuid
2. don not install e2fs
3. call ./configure
Actual Results:
libuuid missing
Expected Results:
e2fs missing
I tried this on fedora 8. After installing teh above mentioned dependencies,
the build went ok.
