[X] Cineleia (cinleia?) Sounds like Cecilia, the GUI for csound, extraordinary audio file manipulator. I'm still learning it - just like Cinelerra, but I plan on using them together anyway. They could be sisters: one in the movie industry, the other in the recording industry.
