Hello,
My name is Sylvain, I am a French underwater videographer working in Thaïland. I use Cinelerra for editing my videos, and even though I find this software very
good and powerfull, I miss some things in the version I have, and I don't
understand why.
When I look in the Cinelerra CV Manual, there is a list of special effects and
their descriptions. But in my version of Cinelerra, I miss some of these
effects, and I can not find how to add them. For example, the "Gamma", the "Histogram", or the "HUE Saturation" effects are not in my effects list.

 First we need to establish if those are really missing;
it may be a badly built package. Do you have these files:

/usr/lib/cinelerra/gamma.so
/usr/lib/cinelerra/gamma.la

/usr/lib/cinelerra/histogram.la
/usr/lib/cinelerra/histogram.so

/usr/lib/cinelerra/huesaturation.la
/usr/lib/cinelerra/huesaturation.so

I also see on your web site that we can implement a new container "Support for DVD-ready MPEG2-PS, single-pass, with multiplexing".I don't understand how I can get it.

 You can't. The "bounty" is a reward to the one who is willing to
develop it. Nobody has showed up so far.
