well, first of all, I MUST warn you, you CAN´T ADD FILTERS IF YOU ARE AN USER
(if you are maybe thinking about premiere, 3dmax or after FXfilters containex
externally in a pulgins bin you are wrong, that´s not the way cinelerra works
unfortunatelly), you need to recompile the whole code to add more, but I´m
affraid that there isn´t any new plugin in the repositorioes version from the
2003 (maybe some newer version has more, but how can I know? I can´t compile CV
version).

THE ISSUE WITH MISSING PLUGINS is a problem i have sometimes, and this is
because the files in you /home/user/.bcast are somehow corrupted or filled
with wrong values. Those files are the values for the filters, so cinelerra
opens them and knows which value you put the last time, and somehow, if there
is a wrong value, cinelerra can´t list one or more filters, so you ERASE THEM
ALL, and when you run cinelerra the nextime it will create them with default
and CORRECT values, and those filters happily will appear.

I tell you to render from rawDV to MPEG in KINO, IT WORKS!, if not, you should
export to DV (you loose a generation, but quality is not improtant for
cinelerra, they expect some external apps solve it)

I´m sorry if it sound like I HATE CINELERRA, but that´s not so, I HATE THE WAY
THESE FEATURES WORKS ok? (or not work should I said?)
