hello people again, I have been playing with the idea of using blender node editor from an external app, as cinelerra, or kino, jahshaka, openmovieditor, or any other, to create distorts, change colors, etc. O know you may have some others BETTER-FASTER ideas about how to make this, but until then, you can have GVFX, the user will make more effects in blender for it.
