Application as project there is likely a little to short in time prolly
for the organizers there, certainly for us.
Going there as visitor might be doable, but I have to check out what it
would cost, likely too expensive for me.
Anyways the idea to show presence at such meetings is good.

we have a website which reflects the state of the project (as in "heavy

Working on it, a schedule is currently not done and will not be done
(hey we are volunteers, we don't want to get any schedule pressure or
make promises i cant hold)
My plan is to bring up a Videoplayer next, which is a single app which
can play many videos in parallel. And then scrub through this videos
while the others are playing. This is still some far goal but something
I aim for first. That will help in improving the backend code and act
as proof of concept whats doable. That mockup will certainly NOT
available in may. Quite much to do for that.
