Cinelerra is an advanced, professional-grade editing system
with many degrees of freedom. Maybe a bit too advanced for the task.
I recommend that you go and try the Kino program instead.

However if you still want to dive into the depths
 of cinelerra's full-featured multitrack timeline, welcome.
