Well, "usually" everything from your manuall cinelerra installation should be located under /usr/local. So look around there and delete everything that looks like it belongs to cinelerra (in an optimal system, i.e. where nothing has been installed without emerge, /usr/local should only contain some empty directories). Beside, emerge cinelerra-cvs should do fine (though I think we should rename it someday...)
