This has been an ongoing issue for a while. There are already bugs out there. I built the latest from svn yesterday and I still have the issue. It seems that if you kill and reload enough times you can get your project to load. Other users have reported that if you load your project as "Create new resources only" first and then load it again with "Replace current project" you might get better results until the bug is resolved.
