Actions from meeting:
------

  * SimAV to look into setting up a shared search engine for the
cinelerra and lumiera projects
  * cehteh to look into migrating the svn repository to git
  * goibhniu to try to skin the existing wiki to match the main site
  * goibhniu to try migrating the database for bugzilla to trac
  * hermanr to try to get the bugzilla database for goibhniu

Summary:
------

The platform:
  * Whether to migrate from the current systems to a CMS or other
system. The main reason for using a CMS would be to take advantage of
localisation conveniences to manage content on the site and
documentation. This was generally considered risky and not a major
advantage. The conclusion was to put this decision on hold and see if
we can fix up the existing site adequately and then consider extending
it later.

Enhancements:
  * A search engine that could be shared between Cinelerra.org and
Lumiera.org would be welcomed.
  * Localisation tools (probably Pootle) would be useful, and moreso
if they can be shared with other projects.
  * A separate site to showcase and promote video work produced with
Free Software tools, and most importantly the people who produce it.
  * A blog could be added to the site, or a planet. This wasn't fully
decided upon, but if we add a blog it would need to be updated
consistently. A planet would be less risky of becoming stale and may
even go someway to enhancing the profiles of people who use cinelerra
creatively (ed).
  * Git hosting options were discussed. It was agreed that using a
restriced git-shell for committing was preferable to handing out
proper shell accounts.
Before migrating from svn the developers with commit access should be notified.

Design:
A designer for the site would be great, perhaps we should post some
requests on forums.
