Yes, cinelerra.org is wearing an improved CSS (work still in progress). Translation of side menu to Spanish and Basque has been disabled, since it needs maintenance by Basque and Spanish speakers. The site content is in English anyway. It will be enabled again when Spanish/Basque speaking people will volunteer for maintenance. If we end up with too many Basque speaking volunteers we could keep them busy with the Basque manual: All the @xref that mark an internal cross reference need a little fix so that the manual can be converted to PDF as well.
