Googling around but somewhat could not find solution that one can
understand.
Questions:
1. Did any one managed to compile Cinelerra4 on Intel Xeon SMP box ? -
or just on Intel box running Gentoo ???
2. If so - could you please share experience.
3. The well known problem:

faad2.h:28:26: error: codec_plugin.h: No such file or directory
faad2.cpp:22:32: error: mpeg4_audio_config.h: No such file or directory
faad2.cpp:23:23: error: mpeg4_sdp.h: No such file or directory
I do not like to play around with source code unless I have to ( like
developing new hardware, usually it will be embedded thing ) and this is
different story, writing code from scratch is easier than rewriting some
ones else.
Would not be easier just to write codec_plugin.h, and if necessary
others ????
As far as I understand the definitions are missing - so just by looking
at error messages should not be that difficult to create the xxxxxx.h to
solve problems.
I am not software guru .... is my thinking correct???? - bash my head if
necessary ......
By the way I am using Cinelerra for some years now .... it was build on
Sparc boxes from source code.
