this laptop has no TV out, but VGA out, and I want native PAL signal to
drive CRT or beamers (well Beamers are LCD's or DLP's but i think they
handle interlacing better than normal LCD monitors). The idea is to use
the external output to present/monitor PAL with most native signal.
