I also see the horizontal green window blinds on
cinelerra-2.1-0.14.20080214.fc9.i386 . It has something to do with dimensions,
such as the ratio of width to height.
no green lines: 1280x1024, 3264x2448
green lines: 360x480, 2233x1678
