Crash whenever rendering audio from two sources.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Insert audio 44100 Hz, ~224000 bps from .ogg
2. Insert audio 48000 Hz, stereo, 384 kb/s from video .mpg
3. Render to .wav or .ac3
Actual Results:
