Thanks guys, I fixed it with avidemux and dvdstyler and k3b... pfieuw,
after almost a week trying all kind of apps...

To make work change position when you play the video in a player I guess
you must reconstruct the audio timemap.
Reconstruct the audio timemap first (in the Audio options you can found
it), then export only the audio file alone. Next reopen the video and in

Next save the audio and video in one file (as you espected this will be the
.vob corrected file).
You must study about what more you need in a .vob file to make it work as
espected. Maybe that is enought but I don't know.

format ; copy?
When I do that I can't change position in the video file when I open it
with a multimediaplayer like mplayer or kaffeine...
