when right clicking on a media asset and selecting info there's no field for
editing "comments" only in clips this exists
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. right click on clip out of media asset
2. select info...
3. pop up window only offers editing of reel name or reel number
Actual Results:
pop up window without edit field for comments
Expected Results:
offer a field for comments
