Hi Georg, I don't know any specific details, but sourceforge did a large revamp of the internal infrastructure. Probably this caused some old (and maybe outdated) debian repos to go offline. Similarily, the main project page is now at http://sourceforge.net/projects/tovid/ but I didn't find any mention of the debian packages there, only rpms :-( > Do I have to compile from source tarball? personally, I'd first try to get hold of an debian source package, or alternatively of an ubuntu source package and try to build it "the debian way".
