Erm... just a voice from the audience here. There is a Website, a fine Manual, and a wealth of experience. Whatever help I could need, I got it from people on the list here.
Furthermore I have heard there is an IRC channel, however I must admit I can't remember having been in there. So, frankly, as a user I don't see any need for more fora. Sure it would be extremely cool to have one big megawebsite with all the individual reports and blogs interactively interlinked and put into some standard format, checked for structure & redundance. So everything could be put into one wiki or even a printable handbook, where things can get sorted and found by content rather than author. that would be fantastically useful to the end user. Imagine. Who is going to do it? It would give a nice O'Reilly title, at least.
