Hello everybody,

since a few days my main filesystem for video data is corrupted. So I can't
mount the volume anymore.

I want to ask you if you had similar problems in the past, too.
I'm not really sure if cinelerra messed up the fs. (Memory error is to be
examined.)

Now I am saving all files with debugfs from that fs to an other hard disk. I
noticed that every file which was written in the last time by cinelerra is
not readable anymore.

My Setup:
1) Server: AMD x84_64 BE-2400, 4GB RAM
        2TB MD-Device via iSCSI exported
running an virtual video-worker machine with KVM (cluster like
processing)

2) Client: AMD x86_64 4400+, 1GB RAM
imports the iSCSI volume and mounts as an OCFS2 FS.
        Worked untill last week perfectly.
        Cin-Ver: Cinelerra 2.1CV (C) 2006 Heroine Virtual Ltd.
Compiled on Sa 27. Jun 13:27:06 CEST 2009

The FS is stored on an RAID 6 which is exported via iSCSI.
I'm using OCFS2 as a cluster FS. This is a very fast and (normally) stable FS.
Serveral machines can simultanly work on the FS via Network. I'm
getting "read rates" about 60MB/s and "write rates" of 40MB/s.

So It is a very good setup for working with cinelerra.

May be someone noticed a similar behaviour.

Greetings from Germany,
Torben
