Hi,

is there a way to get correct display of UTF-8 encoded file names in
cinelerra file dialogs ?
How about the internal handling of such file names ?
Do I have to expect problems when saving/loading projects referencing
filenames
including "non 7-bit ASCII characters" ?

Most of the modern Linux distributions have switched to UTF-8
(RedHat,Suse,Ubuntu,...).
And I appreciate this step. But cinelerra seems to be one of my few
applications, which cause trouble.

By the way, my locale is set to de...@utf-8.
And I'm not talking about menu translations / localization issues.

Toby
