congratulations for the new version of CinelerraCV

I'm running on a Ubuntu 10.10 64-bits. I'm trying to compile the new
CinelerraCV 2.1.5 by the Grandma's tutorial, and everything goes fine,
except when I do the final step make that it gives me this error:

/usr/bin/ld: .libs/libmpeg3.o: relocation R_X86_64_32 against
`.rodata.str1.1' can not be used when making a shared object;
recompile with -fPIC
.libs/libmpeg3.o: could not read symbols: Bad value
