[CinCV] lost sound track

Almost finished with a couple weeks work on a video and lost the sound 
track for the left side of stereo.  I was adjusting volume and poof it 
was gone. Anybody know how to get it back??? One more key click would 
have been to render. I am just about at my strings end.     Doug
