Hi David, Is using the YUV4MPEG pipe with ffmpeg an option? I personally don't use CinelerraCV's native export at all (except for Audio only) due to the kind of bugs you describe. I realize that piping to ffmpeg requires having to mux the audio and video streams together separately but I have a graphical tool called ffmultiplex for that as well. This tool is part of AV Linux but it should work on Ubuntu as well. I also have a custom Cinelerra_rc that contains a bunch of YUV4MPEG presets ready to go as well.
