One suggestion:
Use perspective with keyframes to create a single spin. 
Loop the single spin. Use reframeRT to adjust speed (if not happy with original 
spin speed).
Then use projector to zoom in/out over a period of loops. 
Adjust with any other effect as you see fit. 

A bit of lateral thinking and you can achieve almost anything. And there are 
many ways to achieve the same thing.

There aren't any pre-configured "complex" effects. All the elements are there. 
It can be a bit time-consuming putting them together, but you actually have 
more 
control over the final effect.
