I m sure your suggestions will work somehow, before also i had alsa-oss installed for some issues and ir worked out. I m on AVlinux 5.0.3 which is debian testing based I think...
and i havent heard of lumiera before, sounds very interesting and promising!
Meanwhile i have a real noob question. i m just editing a video on my laptop (so sound works perfectly ;)) and I have loaded a video into the editor that has two additional audio tracks. i want to insert small pieces of video, that has only one mono track. what happens is, that the left channel of the stereo track gets moved forward and the other remains where it is.. is there a manner to lock the audio to the video or to lock stereo to keep in sync? i m sure it s easy but i couldnt find an advice in the tutorials etc.. thanks! kris
