720x576 DNxHD won't work, that's right.  DNxHD is a very constrained codec.
It only accepts two resolutions: 1280x720 and 1920x1080, and only combined
with a fixed set of framerates and bitrates.

Beware!  I think there is a typo error or two in this table:
