For now I'm attaching the ac3 patches - one more to the previous one
(also included in the tar.gz) . This set's up the code for various
options that can be input from the GUI.
Tested using the 3 possible codecs (named libfaac, ac3, ac3_fixed).
The all output streams that are fine by various players. But cinelerra
cannot reload and playback the libfaac 'aac' stream that it had
encoded correctly. Probably problem in the 'mpeg4' demuxing/decoding.
