Hi You don't realy give us alot to go on . 12.4T implemented some new voip stuff, did you try 12.4 mainline? The mainline is based upon the 12.3T code so try that first. Otherwise you need to run some debugs and find out where the problem lies. Debug isdn q931 to see the isdn signalling Debug voip ccapi inout to see the h323 packets.
