Sup32 w/PISA provides up to 2gb/sec of stateless full-packet
filtering via hardware-accelerated Flexible Packet Matching (FPM).
It's always good to do as much as one can utilizing stateless
technologies whenever possible, preserving stateful resources such as
firewalls for cases where they're really needed in a policy-
enforcement role.
