I was referring to the eBGP session. Obviously, the iBGP session was
reset as you added the send-label. But the eBGP session is not
automatically reset. Anyway, I'm glad the issue issue is fixed.

Session cleared automagically right after enabling send-label, because
address-family changed. 

Anyway, thanks for help. My test shows that after enabling 'send-label' 
on iBGP session and adding 'set mpls-label' in outbound route-map on
iBGP session everything works fine, even without local label on egress
router.
