I can confirm that a Cisco 3750 Metro can do these features, but only on the two ES (Enhanced Services) ports.

I haven't done it myself, but from (vague) memory the SPA's on the 7600 can do this, as can the 3750ME. Not sure about the OSM on 7600. Check the config guides to ensure the features on the particular boxen meet your requirements.
