It seemed happy. I used CEF per-packet rather than MLPPP. I know people have loaded up a NPE-400 with 6 PA-MC-2T3 cards and not had problems.
I can't imagine you would have a problem with this configuration, other than the NPE-300 being 'unsupported'.
